Mr. Satish Kumar Sadasivuni
Satish is the co-founder of DHI-QUEST. He has rich experience across IP services (IP Asset & Portfolio Management, Various types of patent searches, landscape studies, etc.), Technology intelligence services and Knowledge management services.
He has over 14 years of experience and his area of expertise is in specialty chemicals, polymers and material science technologies. He has helped clients identify, develop, structure and close complex technology investigations that have generated real value for his clients.
He recently worked with the global KPO giant Evalueserve, where he was responsible for managing a number of key client accounts (F500 companies, law firms, Technology transfer offices, universities, etc.).
Prior to Evalueserve, he worked for Dow Global R&D strategy team for over 6 years where he managed intelligence projects and portfolio management studies. He played an instrumental role in IP related activities required for the merger of Dow and Dow Corning and later Dow and Dupont. Closely was also involved with global R&D of Dow to manage technologies of product lines such as Resins, Coatings, Adhesives, Emulsions, Blends, Powders, Polymers, Intermediates and Silanes which have applications across multiple industries including personal care, household, electronics, food, pharma, construction, etc.
Ms. Sri Rekha
Sri Rekha is the co-founder of DHI-QUEST. She has over 12 years of experience in custom business and market research across industries including life sciences domain. She has executed market assessment and strategy development projects for companies across the globe from developed European markets to emerging African markets. She is a Masters in Biochemistry from University of Hyderabad. She has worked in organizations including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Thomson Reuters and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. In the last five years, she has been working as a founding member of Growth Market Intelligence (business research firm) wherein, she has been providing her services as an extended team with global consulting firms and business councils.
Mr. Ramakrishna Rao Mamidi
Ramakrishna Rao is a Senior Advisor at DHI-QUEST. He has over 40 years of experience in design and manufacturing of electrical machines. He brings to this role a wealth of R&D and industry experience. He has been appointed to help DHI-QUEST carve a market for itself amid a competitive consulting arena.
Most recently he was tasked with establishing the engineering division for WEG-India which included recruitment, training, project execution, establishing systems and protocols in line with parent company and coordination between engineering, manufacturing and marketing teams.
He completed his Masters in Technology from IIT (Bombay). He led the design teams in organizations including ABB (HBB), Kirloskar Electric and WEG India. During his work tenure, he published several articles in international journals and conferences including IEEE, WASET, IJRSM. Currently, he is working on developing methods for optimization of electrical rotating machines using multiple techniques including Machine Learning.
James Mcvie
Jim holds a PhD in Chemistry and has over 35 years’ of experience. He has held various director level positions in R&D, product development, strategic intelligence, and business management. Currently he is an advisor at DHI-QUEST.
Prior to joining DHI-QUEST, he was a senior strategist at Dow Chemical where he was responsible for IP and Business Intelligence to provide guidance to executive leadership on strategy, tactics, and maximizing value from IP assets. He also played a key role in IP consolidation during the merger of DOW & DOW CORNING and DOW's aquisition of DUPONT.
